We had executive suite to ourselves with a full bed, Spanish TV plus ac.

The location was peaceful, overlooking street. Visited El Cangrejo Criollo for a few drinks, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, recommend.

Had a real good stay for a short visit, everything was great. The location of the property was magnificent and perfect as we were right by Mall del Sol and close to airport station. Furthermore, in populated area.

It is a newly decorated and perfect property located in Simon Bolivar district right by open 24 hours, central bus terminal and a different much better mall. The rooms offered are cool and brand-new with a pull out sofa, 2 bedrooms. The location is favourable, close to restaurants.

The rooms - cool, good-sized with a pull out sofa, clean private bathroom, A/C. Plenty of good food for meals. Really helpful and responsive staff, free wake up calls and ironing available.

The room I stayed in was quiet with Spanish TV, 2 bedrooms and a balcony. The location was marvellous and unbeatable for exploring this secure area, next to airport station and bus station, and the airport, bus terminal, highways and Mall del Sol. Good breakfast, greatly enjoyed the place where it was.

Stayed over New Year's and had a great time! Convenient location within walking distance to the airport and shopping area. The early check-in was a nice bonus and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with friendly staff, and the mini-fridge in the room was very handy.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The first room we were given was not properly cleaned, with hair in the sink and used soap in the shower.

The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from the airport. The hotel sent a staff to pick me up at the airport. It charged me usd 4 surcharge. I think the service is O.K. Later, I walked around and found it is really very close to the airport. Also, there's a KFC on the way to airport, where I had dinner with on USD 4.5. The breakfast is also good, with fruits.

The price is not really that budget for what we get. Staff unable to cope with serving a simple, self~service breakfast.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing experience. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast, the perfect way to start each day during my stay.

While the hotel's location near the airport was convenient, the surrounding area did not feel very safe, especially at night. It was necessary to take a taxi to find restaurants or explore the city, which was a slight inconvenience.
